Yard Labourer
- Complete a variety of tasks as assigned on a day-to-day basis, such as, loading and unloading trucks, product replenishment, pick orders, verifying quantities, build signal heads, manufacture threaded pipe, and organize material for jobs
- Safe and effective operations of skid steer and zoom boom
- Ensure proper housekeeping protocol to protect product and ensure yard is presentable
- Perform other activities as directed by the supervisor
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions, and to maintain concentration and alertness for extended periods
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines with flexibility, and multi-task with minimal direction
- Analysis, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Basic construction and tool handling knowledge
- Demonstrated organization skills
- High School Diploma with related experience
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license
- Skid Steer ticket is an asset

Fleet and Maintenance Administrator
- Assist with the development of a variety of fleet management policies and processes, forms and tracking spreadsheets.
- Assist with the scheduling and tracking of vehicle and equipment maintenance intervals.
- Creating service orders for repair and maintenance of equipment
- Perform periodic audits on vehicles and equipment to ensure fleet maintenance standards and fleet maintenance programs are being met.
- Maintain vehicle documentation as required such as insurance cards, permits, registrations, CVIP etc.
- Assist with training and the regular monitoring, auditing and reporting of driver hours of service compliance using electronic logbooks and related software.
- Support IFTA account management and assist in completing quarterly reporting requirements.
- Obtain and review Driver Abstracts and properly identifying and documenting the critical information including convictions, collisions, and CVSA inspections
- Monitor, counsel, and document driver violations of any federal laws or company policies or regulations.
- Assist with the creation of training materials for drivers
- Participation in other projects and activities as necessary to the position as assigned.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Basic understanding of vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Familiar with NSC Regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to be adaptable, manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma with related administrative support experience in a shop environment
- Valid Alberta driver’s license and submission of a 5-year Driver’s Abstract with less than 7 demerits
- Parts experience is an asset
- Service writing experience is an asset

Construction Supervisor – Airdrie
- Overall project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgets, estimates, procurement, quality, risk and control, while providing direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Coordinate, schedule and sequence site work in a manner that is consistent with requirements of each project and proactively look for roadblocks and ways to accelerate progress
- Develops, maintains, and drives the construction schedule to ensures project milestones and completion dates are met
- Motivate, lead and work with client, consultants, inspectors, subcontractors, trades people, field employees, and suppliers
- Prepare and update all project documentation
- Other duties as assigned
- Demonstrated expertise in coaching, leadership and problem-solving to lead an effective team
- Ability to be adaptable, manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control and engineering drawings
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and experience in dealing with contractors and the public
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Combination of work experience and/or technical training in an industry-related trade certification/education program
- 5 years related experience in a Supervisory role
- Valid Alberta driver’s license and submission of a 5-year Driver’s Abstract with less than 7 demerits
- Journeyman Electrician is an asset
